Marek Kaszewski

Legal counsel. He graduated in law from the University of Gdansk and in management and marketing from the Gdansk University of Technology. He specialises in civil law, real estate law, commercial companies (M&A) and tax law. He has many years of experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs, but also to local government units, institutes or publicly funded entities.

He is currently involved in the process of research and construction of Offshore Wind Farms in the Polish Exclusive Economic Zone. In this respect, it cooperates with Polish and foreign offshore companies as well as major OWF developers.

He also represents entrepreneurs in the acquisition of commercial property for business operations, including multi-year leases of space.

He is fluent in English.
